Neil Thomas has replaced our whole house water filter and replaced outside faucets, in addition to maintaining my heating system. They are always on time, professional and clean up after themselves.

We had Neil Thomas Plumbing & Heating install a new A/C unit the end of May. It worked beautifully. Then about 6 weeks in it randomly stopped working. My husband called about the issue they said they couldn’t come out until the next day. As that it was 90 degrees and I’m impatient/pushy I called back and had them come out that afternoon. They absolutely did and fixed the issue with in seconds. It was nothing major and the tech fixed it quickly. I was grateful they came out as quickly as they did. Let me add the issue with the unit was nothing they did wrong. A bug crawled into one of the parts restricting air. He removed the pest and our air is working perfectly. I 100% recommend using Neil Thomas Plumbing & Heating. The staff are very nice and helpful. If they can’t help you they find someone who can. They are a great business to work with.

I literally recommend you guys to everyone. Neil Thomas has fixed our air conditioner when we first moved into our home, installed a new furnace when ours broke in the middle of January, repaired our air conditioner on the hottest day of 2023, repaired multiple leaks in our bathroom pipes and today one of their techs rescued my cat that found herself stuck in the air duct! Always amazing and professional work, and reasonable pricing for hourly rates.
